The first day was packed with insightful discussions on key milestones, strategic goals, and upcoming deliverables. Sessions covered vital aspects such as project coordination, risk management, and financial oversight, ensuring a strong foundation for the next phase of the project.
Technical advancements, piloting plans, and security enhancements were among the highlights, demonstrating the project’s continuous progress. Additionally, the Exploitation session provided valuable insights into individual exploitation plans and the development of marketing materials for Key Exploitable Results (KERs).

A major focus was placed on defining necessary inputs from WP2 and their critical relationship with WP4-WP7 to enhance the project’s strategic direction.
